1. What you're paying for

websiites provides a website that is designed, generated, and hosted by us, licensed to you on a monthly basis. You are leasing access to that website and its hosting — you are not purchasing the website outright.

2. The monthly lease

Your monthly price is set by the configuration you choose at signup and is shown to you before any charge is made. Billing recurs monthly from the date you subscribe until you cancel.

If you change your configuration or tier, the price changes from that point and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
If a payment fails, we will retry it and notify you by email. Extended non-payment may result in the site being taken offline.

3. Your content and your domain

You retain ownership of any content, branding, text, and imagery you supply to us. You are responsible for owning or having the right to use any domain you connect, and for the lawfulness of the content published on your site.

Because the lease covers hosting and the generated site as a service, cancelling ends your right to have that site served by us. Content you provided remains yours.

4. AI-generated material

Site copy, structure, and layout are produced by an automated system. We do not guarantee that generated text is factually accurate, and you should review anything published on your site before relying on it. You are responsible for the final published content.

5. Availability

We aim to keep sites online continuously but do not offer a formal uptime guarantee at these price points. Planned maintenance, upstream provider failures, and DNS issues outside our control may cause interruptions.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use a websiites-hosted site to publish unlawful content, infringe others' intellectual property, distribute malware, or send unsolicited bulk email. We may suspend a site that violates this.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

Cancel any time, from your account

You can cancel a site yourself from your dashboard. No phone call, no email, no retention flow.

What happens immediately

Billing stops. You are not charged again for that site.
The site is taken offline right away and stops answering at its domain.
Your site's configuration, content, and price are retained.

The 30-day reactivation window

For 30 days after you cancel, you can reactivate the site yourself from your dashboard. When you do:

It returns at the same monthly price you were originally quoted, even if our published pricing has changed in the meantime.
Its configuration and generated content return as they were.
If the domain was verified before, it stays verified.

After 30 days

The site moves to cold storage. It is still retained and still recoverable, but reactivation is no longer self-serve. Email support@websiites.com and we will restore it, though we cannot guarantee the original price at that point.

Refunds

Cancellation stops future charges; we do not automatically refund the portion of the current month already paid. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@websiites.com.

Template notice. This reflects what the system actually stores and which third parties actually receive data. If you operate in the EU/UK or serve EU/UK customers, GDPR imposes additional requirements this template does not fully cover — get it reviewed.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
Site data: the business description you provide, your chosen configuration, your domain name, and the generated site content.
Billing data: invoice records and subscription status. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Operational data: DNS verification attempts for domains you connect, and standard server logs.

Third parties we share data with

Stripe — payment processing. They receive your email and payment details.
Anthropic — AI site generation. Your business description and configuration are sent to generate your site content.
Let's Encrypt — TLS certificates for connected domains.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not serve third-party advertising.

Cookies

We set a single httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Retention

Account and site data is retained while your account exists, including for sites in cold storage. Invoice records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and its data by emailing support@websiites.com. Deleting your account removes your sites and takes them offline.
