No. The monthly price is the total cost. No setup fee, no per-rebuild charge, no bandwidth overage for typical business use. If you add an industry add-on or optional feature, that's shown clearly at configuration time before you subscribe.

You own your content: your words, your images, your domain, and your business information. You don't own the build or the hosting infrastructure — that's what the monthly fee covers, the same way a lease covers a car rather than selling it. Your content is always portable.

Cancel from your account any time. Your site goes offline that day and billing stops. For 30 days you can reactivate at the same price you were paying. After 30 days, contact support@websiites.com to restore it from cold storage.

Once you are subscribed, rebuild as often as you like at no additional cost, up to a fair-use limit of 10 a day. Before you subscribe, your first build is free and each further build draws a small amount of account credit; whatever credit you do not spend is applied to your first monthly invoice.

Your text content, images, and business information are always available to you. The generated site files are part of the build infrastructure you're leasing — similar to how you can't take a leased car's components when the lease ends. Contact support if you need assistance with a content export.
